When a loved one leaves, it's tough. Even if we're reluctant to deal with it, it's important to sort things out while we're still alive – to ease the burden on ourselves and our loved ones.

The death is often difficult to cope with. We push the topic usually far away – and nevertheless we should concern ourselves already during lifetimes with it, what happens afterwards and regulate much, how it should go on then.

Bond investors have not been envious of 2022 so far. Except perhaps if they are involved in the covered bond market. Henrik Stille of Nordea Asset Management gave a presentation in Zurich on the extremely safe asset class and why active management makes the difference.

The total debt ratio is a measure of total debt compared to total assets. It can be used in many different areas, including the measurement of personal financial debt and the debt of a company. Although the total debt-to-income ratio can be informative, it does not always provide a definitive forecast of the prospects of a business or personal financial situation.

To determine a total debt ratio, total debt must be added and divided by gross income over a given period of time. If a person has $40,000 (USD) in debt and currently earns $20,000 per year, their total debt ratio would be 2:1, which is sometimes explained as having two dollars in debt for every dollar in assets. A business with $50,000 in debt and $200,000 in income last year would have a total debt ratio of 1:25, or $25 in assets for every dollar of debt.

Around the 20.04.In 2015, interest rates for a construction loan with a 5-year commitment were at a historically low 0.4 percent. In the course of June, they are relatively fast to ca. 1.3 percent increase. Does this now mean a turnaround in interest rates in construction financing? The fact is that yields on government bonds – always an indicator of the development of mortgage rates – have also risen significantly. Sank the yield of the ten-year federal bond of ca. 5.3 percent in 2008 to 0.07 percent in mid-April, it has multiplied since then and currently stands at around 0.8 percent. Of course, there is no reason to panic yet. Nevertheless, an interest rate turnaround in construction financing is likely in the long term.

There are days when I feel terribly old. The night was exhausting because one of the children did not sleep again. The morning drags on sluggishly because I just feel like a zombie due to the lack of sleep. A zombie who greedily looks at the clock 20 times an hour and calculates how much longer it is until finally nap time – the time in the day when the big one has to play alone in her room and I can finally finally catch up on the missing sleep. But it also happens that I get out of bed in the morning in top form, only to end up as a zombie again at 11 o'clock, muttering to myself: "Lunchtime rest. Mittaaagsruuuuheeee!" Sleep, just sleep.

I used to dance flamenco and standard, spent nights out in discotheques and bars. I have played professional billiards and also experienced a lot of other things. If you would ask me today about my hobby, my answer would probably be: "Mittaaagsruuuheeee!"
